My floors are greasy.Greasy restaurant floors are dangerous and they are costly due to law suits.
A friend of mine who owns several properties was just sued for 400,000 over a slip.
Greasy kitchen floors seem to be the norm in restaurant business.A lot of my customers are chefs so I have been in quite a few kitchens over the years.
Well they were struggling with the floors. They had just been cleaned but still felt like a ice skating rink.
Now in all honesty cleaning floors is not my gig. I am a auto detailer for twenty five years and I clean cars and planes but not floors.
Well being the forever entrepreneur I saw a chance to see if what this scientist had been telling me.
This bag that I had been using for car detailing was highly effective on woman's makeup which is a pain to remove from a steering wheel but his hydrogen peroxide solution made it fall off the wheel.
So here I go I have got to see if it will work on de-greasing restaurant floors. These greasy kitchen floors are everywhere.

If it will clean these in a parking lot it will clean your floors
So I took two teaspoons, yes that's right teaspoons in a gallon of water, sloshed it on the floor an watched. The man said to leave it for ten minutes but I gave it five. I was shocked.
Holy crap I said. Yeah that's right HOLY CRAP.
I mean I could not believe it. Two teaspoon per gallon of this hydrogen peroxide charged cleaner. Man does this stuff work.
The staff said it ran circles around simple green and another product that they use called Eco-Lab which they said in the floor cleaning arena is a joke.
So in other words I am pitching this to everyone and everyone is buying because it works. And it is CHEAP. Eighteen cents a gallon when you buy by the case.
UH that's cheap.
So I call the inventor, who works with another nano scientist, and the simple explanation is they have developed a way to deliver a major dose of hydrogen peroxide that kills and cleans everything through oxidation.
Hydrogen Peroxide is one of the most powerful oxidizers known -- stronger than chlorine, chlorine dioxide, and potassium permanganate. And through catalysis, H2O2 can be converted into hydroxyl radicals (OH) with reactivity second only to fluorine.
Despite its power, H2O2 is a natural metabolite of many organisms, which decompose the H2O2 they produce into oxygen and water. H2O2 is also formed by the action of sunlight on water -- a natural purification system for our environment. Consequently, H2O2 has none of the problems of gaseous release or chemical residues that are associated with other chemical oxidants. And since H2O2 is totally miscible with water, the issue of safety is one of concentration.
So with that being, said hydrogen peroxide in proper dilutions is an incredible safe cleaner.
So cool. It also sterilizes everything. You can use one half teaspoon in a thirty two ounce bottle for cleaning anything and I mean anything.
I use it in auto detailing for everything and it blows me away.
Chemical cost are out of control and I am reeling them in.
But lets get back to Degreasing Restaurant Floors.
This is probably the best investment a guy can make to save some dough.
