Pour 3 gallons of hottest water you can safely use into a mop bucket.

2.Using the small scoop, add 6 small scoops of Simix cleaner for daily cleaning. Mix with mop.
Mop floors.
3.Pour mop water down floor drain to keep it free-flowing and eliminate odors.

1.Using the small scoop, put 2 small scoops of 2.Simix powder in a gallon of hot water
3.Shake to dissolve.
4.Pour cleaner into sprayer.
5.Spray surface.
6.Wipe with clean cloth.

CARPETS
Use the hottest water possible.
1.Using the small scoop,
2.Put 2 small scoops into every gallon of water.
(If carpets are extremely soiled, use 4 small scoops per gallon of water.)
3.Clean as you normally would.

1.Plug drain and fill sinks with hottest water available.
2.Add Simix powder to hot water.
3.Using the large scoop, add 1 large scoop for every 5 gallons of water.
4.Soak hood filters and oven parts in solution for 20 minutes.
5.Rinse with warm water and wipe clean.

1.With fryer empty of any cooking oils close the drain valve and fill with hottest water available.
2.Turn on fryer and heat to 200°F. As water heats sprinkle in Simix powder.
3.Use 1 large scoop for a 2 cavity fryer.
4.Be careful not to let water boil and splash out.
5.Let soak for 20 minutes. Scrub the interior walls with a long-handled brush.
6.Place a large pan underneath the drain valve and slowly drain.
7.Flush the fryer thoroughly with water to remove all cleaning solution; then wipe the interior dry with paper towels or cloths and allow all parts to dry completely.
Close the drain valve.

Once a week, do regular maintenance on grease traps using Simix. Doing this weekly maintenance will eliminate your need for cleanouts, snaking and hydro jetting. For high volume traps or if there are recurring foul odors, do maintenance more frequently.

1.Plug all sink drains that lead to grease trap.
2.Fill sinks with hottest water possible.
3.Sprinkle Simix powder into water.
4.Using the large scoop, use
large scoop per 8-10 gallons of water.
5.Mix using a large paddle, whisk or spoon.
6.Drain the sink farthest from the grease trap first.
7.Then, drain the other sinks.
8.Fill and drain a total of 3 sinks.
If needed go back to step one and repeat.

1. Fill a clean, Simix-labeled quart spray bottle with hot water.

2. Add 1/2 tsp of Simix Cleaner powder to spray bottle. Shake to dissolve
